Posh pad prices stall as rates rise

Prices are starting to fall all over the world:

British prices will rise 6 per cent next year, down from 9 per cent in 2006, it said.
But, if I have one regret about this recent boom, it's that real estate prices have gone up all over the world. We can't take our profits from our American home and buy a lovely place, say, on the Costa del Sol. And that hurts.
